Hermes is a self-hosted assistant built and run by one person for their own use. It is not a commercial product, it has no other users, and it is not available for sign-up.
Hermes connects a private server to its operator's own accounts so routine personal and work admin can be handled automatically. Typical jobs include:
Single-user by design. Every Google account Hermes touches belongs to its operator. It does not process anyone else's account data, and there is no mechanism for a third party to connect an account to it.
